Surveying The Sun-Times: Exposure Tapas Supper Club & Tavern At The Park
Other stuff in this issue:
• Chicagoland sisters doing precocious things with food. The Spatulatta girls (they won a Beard award, remember?), a pair whose ages add up to twenty, are also putting out a cookbook for kids. In other sisters making cookbooks for kids news, two Elmhurst-bred sisters are putting out a college cookbook.
• Now that it's officially Late Summer™, it's time to start thinking about heavier foods again, like Farmer cheese and pasta casseroles. As for activities, there's fishing in Lake Michigan, or - heaven help us - The National Beef Cook-Off being held for the first time in Chicago on 9/13. Not just, like, Italian beef or barbecue beef or burgers, but anything with beef in it. Wow!
