We've been really into Twitter lately (you should follow us!), and after we dug up Stephanie Izard's twitter account yesterday, we figured we should share with you the rest of our list of must-read tweeters — most local, but also some national big dogs who have interesting things to say about food, restaurants, and how oh my god hungover they are.

Some of the folks on our list update constantly, others have never updated (but he is following Top Chef's twitterstream). But on the whole it's remarkable how much can come across in 140 characters or less.
