The Food Chain reports that Kendal Duque, the much-lauded chef of the West Loop's Sepia, will be leaving before the end of the month to pursue his own project.
He'll be replaced by NoMI vet Andrew Zimmerman, whose name we always accidentally read as Andrew Zimmern. No relation.
