If you read the news that The Publican is launching brunch this Sunday and smacked your head in regret that you, for some completely unacceptable reason, couldn’t make it for a $6 plate of scrapple ($7 with egg), fear not! The Stew reports that chef Paul Kahan will be live-Twittering the entire service.
If you’re worried that his commitment to 140-character updates on the state of the wood-fired egg with harissa, gouda and grilled bread will get in the way of, you know, actually cooking the damn thing — well, don’t be. He’ll be dictating the tweets to someone nearby, who’ll transcribe and upload them to his Twitter account. Look for the hashtag “#pubam” to follow the madness.
