Paul Kahan to Live-Twitter the Publican's First Brunch
If you read the news that The Publican is launching brunch this Sunday and smacked your head in regret that you, for some completely unacceptable reason, couldn't make it for a $6 plate of scrapple ($7 with egg), fear not! The Stew reports that chef Paul Kahan will be live-Twittering the entire service.
If you're worried that his commitment to 140-character updates on the state of the wood-fired egg with harissa, gouda and grilled bread will get in the way of, you know, actually cooking the damn thing — well, don't be. He'll be dictating the tweets to someone nearby, who'll transcribe and upload them to his Twitter account. Look for the hashtag "#pubam" to follow the madness.
