Not only will Lockwood's Phillip Foss debut the MP:Chicago-inspired Lobster Dog at dinner service (we'll get a shout out on the menu, right?), but Hot Doug's is reopening after their wrenchingly, unbearably long four-day vacation. Just in time for Duck Fat Friday!
