We figured January's flurry of activity over a rumored Alinea 2.0 was all we were going to get for the time being, as the venture was surrounded by hedges like "we're hoping to" and "planned" and "our intention."
Well the recession be damned, you can't hold the Alinea juggernaut down! Via Grant Achatz's twitter, some proof that the search goes on for the perfect space for the restaurant that a little birdie told us might be named Next:
Update: Achatz tells Eater that the space will be an "Alinea version of a bakery-coffee-culinary library- music space.."
