Quartino Restaurateur Buys His Own Space

Recession? What recession? Steven Lombardo, the restaurateur behind Quartino, has purchased the restaurant’s real estate from its previous owners in a deal valued at about $5.8 million dollars. The river north location has over 14,000 square feet of space, and it appears that there are no plans to change Quartino’s menu or operating structure. Just a change of names on the lease.
