In an interview about various and sundry (his favorite Scandinavian restaurants are all in Stockholm! He has a new cookbook coming out in the fall!), chef Marcus Samuelsson reveals that out of all the food on all the menus at all his restaurants, his favorite dish is the fish tacos at C-House.
