If you’re not at The Museum of Science and Industry this very second, and you have the means to be, go be there right now, as the museum kicks off its first-ever Smart Home Farmers Market with a brunch cooking demo from Dan Smith and Steve McDonagh of Hearty Boys. The demo (located in the Museum’s east parking lot) starts at 11:30, so if you leave right this very second you can make it in time to pick up the very last samples of orange blossom pancakes with mascarpone and berries. Even if you miss the demo, this inaugural market day (which runs until 2pm) involves solar oven demos, music, fresh fruits, vegetables, baked goods, local goods, plants, and flowers.
