This week’s Dish corrals chef Daniel Kelly to answer a few questions about Jerry Kleiner’s “Midwestern food” venture in Old Town. Here’s what we’ve learned. 1. it still doesn’t have a name. 2. Brenda Manfredini (Sage Grill) is doing the desserts. 3. The 48-item menu is mostly small plates, but one of the big plates is chicken stuffed with lobster, which is like whoa. 4.
