Tallulah To Be Reborn As LM Restaurant

Changes are afoot for Lincoln Square’s Tallulah: the restaurant has been sold from former owner Matt Fisher (who also owns the unsold restaurant Eve) to Stephan Outrequin, reports 312 Dining Diva. Some additional digging reveals that Outrequin is a hotel vet who, among other things, used to be the head of food and beverage service at The Drake hotel — so the man presumably knows a thing or two about running a restaurant microeconomy. Tallulah will remain Tallulah for the next few months, but by October Otrequin plans to have it reincarnated as LM Restaurant, a contemporary French concept. [312DD]
