What to Eat at the Revamped ClyBar and Grille

Now open under new management, Lincoln Park’s ClyBar has remodeled, re-focused (it’s positioning itself as Chicago’s premier Boilermaker haunt, proudly flying the Purdue colors) and re-menu’d. The bar menu focuses on beer-friendly foods like hot wings (with a choice of six sauces), quesadillas, burgers, and tater tots, but the place will also be open for brunch — a cut-to-the-chase kind of morning menu centered around hangover-friendly options like biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and fried-egg sandwiches. Emperor Wings: choose mild, medium, hot, sweet Asian, inferno, or BBQ with bleu cheese dressing dipping sauce and fresh celery and carrots, also offered boneless. 6 for $5, 12 for $9.50

Nachos: House made corn tortilla chips loaded with cheese, chili, lime sour cream, olives, jalapenos and salsa $8.00 (add Chicken $1, Steak $2)

Real Deal Quesadillas: Fresh flour tortilla loaded with Chihuahua cheese, sautéed onions and peppers. Served with pico do gallo, guacamole and lime sour cream $6.00 (add Chicken $1, Steak $2)

Mini Clyburgers: Mini burgers served with grilled onions and your choice of cheese: pepper jack, American, Swiss, provolone or crumbled bleu. 3 for $6, 6 for $11

Hummus: Housemade with sliced tomatoes and carrots, served with warm pita bread $7.50

Black Bean & Avocado Dip: Served with homemade tortilla chips and warm pita bread $7.00

Mac & Cheese Bites: Batter dipped bites of mac ’n cheese served with ranch dressing. $6.00
