Now open under new management, Lincoln Park’s ClyBar has remodeled, re-focused (it’s positioning itself as Chicago’s premier Boilermaker haunt, proudly flying the Purdue colors) and re-menu’d. The bar menu focuses on beer-friendly foods like hot wings (with a choice of six sauces), quesadillas, burgers, and tater tots, but the place will also be open for brunch — a cut-to-the-chase kind of morning menu centered around hangover-friendly options like biscuits and gravy, pancakes, and fried-egg sandwiches.
