Hasten, bacon-lovers, to buy your tickets for BaconFest Chicago’s VIP Pro Bacon Cookoff. While the main event has been postponed until April, the Publican-hosted cookoff is still go. Ten top-tier chefs will prepare ten dishes, each of which will be portioned out among attendees, along with ten paired beers. Plus gift bags!
