A federal judge has ordered New York’s Superdogs to change its name to Super Hot Dog, the Sun-Times reports. The move resolves a trademark infringement lawsuit filed in June by Chicago’s Superdawg. Superdawg founder Maurie Bernstein is pleased with the outcome, and now plans to turn his attention to “a restaurant in the northwest United States that he suspects is also imitating his company’s name” — we suggest that the Portland, Oregon Super Dog watch its back.
