Steve Dolinsky has seen fit to break his "no reporting on a restaurant's first day" rule a second time, and yet again it's for a Bill Kim restaurant — he went to Belly Shack. To be fair, for the "super-bold flavors" in that sandwich (Asian "meatball" with lemongrass, fish sauce, mint) we might crack, too. [@SteveDolinsky]
