Lisa Shames points out in the comments of an earlier post that Hot Chocolate chef Mindy Segal is contributing to more menus than just Vie’s: she’s also guest-starring at Belly Shack, where she’s in charge of the toppings for the soft-serve. The proof is in this video:
As Lisa notes, maybe it’s just Mindy. But that doesn’t stop us from wanting more chefs to do this all the freaking time. We cannot begin to express how much we love this idea.
