Now open at 1950 W. North Ave.: 6 Corners Sports Bar. Here’s how you’re going to tell this flatscreen-adorned Bucktown sports bar from all the other flatscreen-adorned Bucktown sports bars: dipping. The schtick here is that everything on the menu, right down to the obligatory sliders, is designed to be manually inserted into one of fourteen sauces.

Mix-n-match among meats, starches, vegetables both fried and raw (“salad” counts as a dippable item), and then drop them into something like creamy wasabi ginger sauce, tangy marinara, buttery buffalo, or old school Ranch. Even the dessert gets dunked in chocolate. Unclear whether Freak Nasty’s seminal 90s party-jam Da Dip plays nonstop, but that might get us in the door. [Thrillist]
