Yesterday, Big Star executive chef Paul Kahan and chef de cuisine Justin Large hosted a menu tasting for lucky friends and family. Fortunately for those of us who weren't there, it was exhaustively photo-documented, and we're delighted to share with you photo proof of the place where you'll be waiting in line for 1 a.m. tacos starting Monday, November 9.
