Dale Levitski Sprouts Up

Finally putting down roots, peripatetic supper-clubber Dale Levitski is taking over the kitchen at Sprout — he'll be the third chef at the barely month-old organic concept. Per TOC, the plan is for Levitski to do a total overhaul of the menu, possibly as soon as this weekend. [@EllenMalloy, TOC]
