As we've previously noted, Goose Island Clybourn chef John Manion is packing up his knives next week in order to take over the top spot at Branch 27. If you're a Manion fan, tonight's Thanksgiving beer dinner at Goose Island — Manion's last at the helm before jumping ship — offers a perfect chance to say goodbye (before, you know, you visit him at Branch 27 and say hello). The traditional-with-a-twist feast features two kinds of turkey, at least three stuffings, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and all the other trimmings, right on down to the pumpkin pie. The dinner is $40 per person and seating is at 6:30. Call (312) 915-0071 for reservations.
