Who is the Mysterious Butcher's Grip?
Everyone's all a-flutter over Butcher Grip, the brand-spankin'-new blog from an anonymous Chicago chef with a penchant for possibly-illegal charcuterie. What we know: the offal-loving chef works at a restaurant, he gets his meat from Slagel Farms and Swan Creek, he's served things like beef suet bruschetta and blood pudding, and there's going to be testa on the menu sometime soon.
