Hum Along with Adam Seger

Superstar bartender Adam Seger seems to always be doing something interesting: a cocktail class at Nacional 27, a liquor launch, a luchadoro-themed mixology fight to the death. Now you can bring a little bit of him home thanks to his proprietary liqueur, Hum, at last available for purchase by us non-superstar-bartenders. Designed to be an analog to Grand Marnier — same alcohol by volume, same sugar content, same sweet-but-bitter notes — it’s totally distinct in flavor, with a rum base built up with notes of hibiscus, ginger, kaffir lime, and cardamom.
