Longman & Eagle, everyone’s favorite restaurant with bedrooms attached, will launch brunch on Sunday. TOC has a look at the menu which, while well-edited, has something for everyone: an omelet of morels, nettles, and house made fromage blanc for the spring fetishests, smoked catfish cakes with one hour hen eggs, collard greens, dehydrated bacon, and truffles mousseline for the gastropub set, and eggs, meat, hash and PBR for those who like their brunch drunk.
