The owners of the Rosebud restaurants will open comfort food spot Eatt in River North, reports Chicago Real Estate Daily. Unlike the rest of Rosebud’s Italian empire, Eatt will focus on high-end comfort food like short ribs, tuna sandwiches, and burgers. That last bit is good news: Rosebud Steakhouse’s burger was recently named as one of the best in Chicago by both Chicago Magazine and Epicurious. Eatt will offer a “real heavy value to the portions,” according to owner Alex Dana, and will be open from breakfast until either 2 a.m. or 4 a.m. daily. Eatt is slated to open by June.
