Hopefully Fountainhead, which just opened yesterday in Ravenswood, was thinking more about whiskey than that infamous book. Either way, it features some serious chops in the kitchen, with Kendall College graduate Robyn Marfut serving as executive chef. The menu has a heavy Belgian tint, with mussels and a sausages making the rounds. The menu isn’t official, yet, but it should appear shortly on their site. A rooftop garden is planned for the summer.
