Nella Grassano at Nella Pizzeria Napoletana

Nella Grassano, the head chef and name behind Nella Pizzeria Napoletana, is out according to the Chicago Reader. Her last day was on Friday, and it doesn’t look like she left on good terms. Grassano still has ownership in the relatively new pizzeria. This is not the first time Grassano left a Neapolitan style pizzeria, as she helped found Spacca Napoli before leaving.
