Last we heard from Mr. Graham Elliot Bowles he was talking about nationwide sandwich domination, flirting with L.A. and Washington D.C outposts of Grahamwich. All of this, of course, is before the first one in River North had even opened. Well, his first place still isn’t open, but at least he’s thinking about adding outposts a little closer to home. Talking with Time Out Chicago, Bowles mentioned a potential outpost in Millennium Park and one in “hipsterville”, which could essentially be any neighborhood on the Blue Line from Division to Logan Square. We’d just like point out that there are some open store fronts in Logan Square, and that we wouldn’t be totally against the move. [TOC]
