Ruxbin to Open Next Month in Noble Square

We’ll get this right out of the way first, because we know you’re thinking the exact same thing. Ruxbin, a restaurant in Noble Square opening next month, has nothing to do with Teddy Ruxpin the talking bear (note the “p”), though we suppose that would be kind of cool. Instead, it’s a new restaurant from chef Edward Kim. Talking to Chicago Magazine, Kim said he was influenced by French, Korean, and Mexican cuisine, but don’t call it fusion: “That has a connotation of trying to force food together. I like to do dishes that make sense.” [Chicago Magazine]
