This is exciting: Jason Freiman and Nick Podesta of Duchamp, and Matt Eisler and Kevin Heisner of Bar DeVille, are planning a craft beer and sausage bar in Wicker Park. But you want to know the best part? Doug Sohn is their official sausage consultant. It’s not quite a second Hot Doug’s location, but it’s a very good start. The unnamed restaurant will take the place which formally held Mas (1670 W. Division). A late July or early August opening date is rumored. [Chicago Now]
