Today’s Kevin Tibbles visited Phillip Foss’s “swanky” Lockwood at the Palmer House to discuss, once again, the Asian carp. It’s essentially the same TV segment from a few weeks ago on Fox except with much higher production standards and with Chicago Tribune food critic Phil Vettel wearing a goofy disguise. We also get some extreme footage of Asian carp hopping out of the water, and as many fish jokes as could probably be squeezed into a two minute segment. Check out the full video here. We have a snippet of the couch interview with Natalie Morales, which is more of your usual Asian carp questions, which Foss has covered before. We are mostly just astonished that Foss has time to eat breakfast in the morning between all of his pet projects.
