We’re getting pretty used to restaurants taking much needed summer vacations to give their crews a break, but one sixtyblue won’t be lying fallow while it takes a two week break in early August. The West Loop restaurant will undergo some pretty significant renovations. Seating will expand in the front bar area, a new sidewalk patio will be added along Randolph Street, and new doors will be installed. It will be closed from August 1 through August 15, so you have a few weeks to appreciate the old stylish bar area before it changes into an even more stylish one.
