Yours for $100,000!

We just were sent this real estate listing for a restaurant available in Logan Square, and while no name is attached to the listing, the address and the inside picture is definitely Rustico Grill. The web site is down, and a message on Yelp says, “We Closed Our Doors. Thank you very much for your support!” The Mexican restaurant was started as a side project for Mixteco Grill’s Raúl Arreola, but he sold his interest in the restaurant back in March, and a new head chef was brought in.
