Humboldt Park’s The Brown Sack closed late last June so the “soup, salad, and shake shack” could move into bigger digs about half mile north at 3581 W. Belden. Though the inside is said to be almost done, the owners have had to push back the reopening date from late July to early August. On its Facebook page the owners promised to update us, “as soon as we know our inspection date as well as a specific opening date.” [Chicago Reader]
