Tomorrow, Epiclaunches a monthly lunch education series: watch a cooking demo from chef Steven Wambaugh, and then have a meal made up of what you saw him prep, cook and plate. This leisurely 90-minute get-together, $29, features apps and entrees from the restaurant’s fall menu — plus a glass of wine, so make sure you don’t have any important afternoon meeting plans.
