We are used to chefs writing online by now. You know we’ve got L2O’s Laurent Gras immaculate postings on one side and we have Graham Elliot’s always entertaining Twitter feed on the other. But what are we to make of Perennial’s Ryan Poli now writing for Cheeky Chicago? He’ll be dishing out a recipe a week, which is good news. But it seems like the website has other things on their mind: “What if you could take a hot, young chef from one of the most happening restaurants in Chicago home with you once a month, bring him into your kitchen (yes, just your kitchen) to cook you dinner?” Wait..what are we talking about?
