We’re still drooling from Chicago Magazine’s list of the twelve best Mexican restaurants in town, which they released last week. While we noted that it was a strong roundup, we did point out the lack of neighborhood joints. Jeff Ruby quickly let us know that there was an even more comprehensive list on the way which would feature “a bunch of other fun stuff, which includes our 30 favorite Mexican dishes - a list swimming with plenty of tacos and the likes.” Sure enough, the rest is finally here, and it’s even more than we expected. Along with the rundown of their 30 Favorite Mexican Dishes in Chicago, there is a top ten Best Mexican Drinks in Chicago. It’s a little out of control.
