Yeah, Rub BBQ Company already opened a few months ago, but it is finally hosting its grand opening this weekend. That means that there will be free dessert with every meal, samples of “signature side dishes,” and a contest to win a free lunch for a year. While no good doctor would recommend a daily barbecue regimen, it is a tempting deal. There haven’t been many reviews, but smoked food expert Gary Wiviott did enjoy the ribs. On a side note, we are kind of impressed that it has gone this long without be sued by Paul Kirk’s Rub BBQ empire in New York and Las Vegas. [Thrillist]
