We may be years behind the trend, but at last it is here. Our city’s first restaurant solely dedicated to Korean tacos opened last night in Lincoln Park. The restaurant is owned by a brother and sister, who had previously worked at Senoya in Niles, which is run by their parents. As was rumored, the menu is divided between Korean tacos and banh mi sandwiches, with a short specialty menu featuring bibimbop and dumplings. Also look out for the kimchi and pork belly fries, which come with caramelized kimchi and onions, scallion, pork belly, kimchi salsa, melted cheddar and jack, sour cream and “big happy face.” Please, let us know when you’ve tried one of these things. Check out the full menu below.
