More booze for the neighborhood.

Last week we noticed that a sign had just been thrown up for a place called The Double. It promised to be an “Urban Tavern,” but we didn’t know much else about it. Luckily The Stew was able to track down the owner, Henry Sykes, and figure out exactly what was going on. Sounds like it will just be a casual neighborhood kind of joint. There will be six or so draft beers, plus a collection of speciality cocktails. Logan Square’s latest promises to open on December 10, though Sykes hinted that he may open early, “Just to say I’m here, and see who walks in.” [The Stew]
