So it looks like this Japanese bar concept is going to be sticking around. While the first few izakayas didn’t fare so well, we’ve been on a roll recently. First was Chizakaya, then news about the latest project by Takashi Yagihashi, and now we get Gyu-Kaku. It just opened in the Gold Coast, and, as is common, you’ll be able to order all kinds of fatty little skewers along with beer. The difference is that you’ll be cooking these yourself.
