Ste Martaen, a “gourmet vegan cheese alternative,” is working with Soul Vegetarian to bring, what we believe, is the city’s first vegan food truck. It’s been running for about a week now, but we have to admit to being a bit confused by the menu. How else do you explain the existence of chicken tacos, Italian subs, and a country fried steak?
