The city’s first annual Local and Fair Trade Holiday Gift Bazaar was held over the weekend at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. It brought together a collection of “innovative local & fair trade businesses” from around the Midwest. That included over 30 different vendors, free samples, and some impressive door prizes. The location should have been familiar for anyone who has visited the winter location Green City Market. Check to see what you missed in our slideshow, and if you like what you see, don’t worry. There will be a second bazaar on December 19 and tickets are still available.
