Bayless’s Tortas Frontera to Open in Mid-January at O’Hare

We didn’t argue with Gadling when they crowned the unopened new venture from Rick Bayless at O’Hare to be the best restaurant in the airport. But now that theoretical restaurant is getting a little more real. Bayless just announced that the first outlet of Tortas Frontera will open in Terminal 2 in mid-January, with the second outlet to open in Terminal 3 shortly after that. The tortas will use Labriola bread, which is the same kind that is used for Xoco’s fine sandwiches. They’ll also be featuring “fresh lime magaritas,” which we imagine will make all those delays a little more tolerable. [@Rick_Bayless]
