Though Crumbs Bake Shop had a soft opening a few weeks ago, that didn’t stop dozens of people from lining up in the Loop for free cupcakes last Friday, as the shop had its official grand opening. This is the first outlet in the city for the East Coast chain, and it does hope to be known for more than just its cupcakes.
