Chris Curren
Here’s a little surprising news to start the week: The 312 Dining Diva reports that Chris Curren, who has been a partner and executive chef at the innovative River North restaurant Blue 13, has signed on to be the executive chef at Elate. At first we worried that he left Blue 13 completely, but Elate’s website confirms that “Curren continues as Partner and Head Chef” at that restaurant. So, for now at least, Curren has two executive chef positions. Still too soon to know exactly what will happen to the menu over at Elate, but we’re looking forward to it. [312 Dining Diva]
