Preview of What to Eat at Ing

Like other publications, we received an invitation to a preview event for Homaro Cantu’s Ing in the mail along with our own package of Miracle Berries. Of course, instead of a regular letter, it arrived in a neat origami-like box with perfectly crisp creases which must have taken some poor intern hours to accomplish. Job well done. Anyway, as Time Out already posted the menu, we’d just like to comment on how shockingly normal it looks. Unlike Moto’s ambiguous menu listings like “Snow” and “Truffled,” this one features udon, baozi buns, fried brussel sprouts, and duck. It, in other words, sounds delicious. Of course, what those dishes say they are and how they end up looking is a completely different matter. Oh, and if you are interested in getting in on all this madness, there are still two open positions. [TOC]
