With a name like Prix Fixe, you kind of know what to expect. This brand new Lincoln Square spot named itself after its “frequently changing” $35 three-course tasting menu, which includes an appetizer, main course, and dessert. Though there will also be some small plates that you can purchase if you don’t feel like going all in. The menu itself is a solid mix of Italian (risotto) and French (hazelnut gastrique), with just enough pork to let you know you’re in Chicago. Look for the restaurant to open this Friday, but get a sneak peek at the menu thanks to our friends over at Time Out. [TOC]
