Though there were some rumors that Rob Levitt’s new butcher shop, Butcher and Larder, would open this Friday, he just related that it still won’t be ready this weekend: “We (sadly) are not opening Friday…Thanks for your patience. Not much longer, we promise!!!” While we wait for the latest butcher shop to open in the city, Time Out put together an impressive list of old school butcher shops where one can find all the glorious off cuts you’d ever want.
