After months and months of anticipation, the Chicago episode of Bizarre Foods is set to air tonight at 8 p.m. Central on the Travel Channel. We’ve already seen clips featuring Grant Achatz and Rick Bayless, and now we just got a look at a new scene with Graham Elliot. He teaches Andrew Zimmern how to make the “foiely pops” and a deconstructed Caesar salad. We all know how good Elliot is on camera, but it’s still fun to watch the two interact on the small screen. While bonding over being big men, Zimmern says, “Usually you’re on camera with a bunch of skinny people talking about eating a lot of food, which we all know is B.S.
