Longman & Eagle isnt the first Chicago restaurant to team up with Goose Island to create a house brew, but it might have come up with the best name. Tonight the acclaimed Logan Square restaurant will be releasing Pork Soda, a Belgian Double IPA which is being described as golden in color with big bright citrus flavors that balance the Belgian yeast. You can get a taste of it tonight at the restaurants Night Moves event series. It is being paired with a "Becker Lane Pork Chop," served with "Shrimp & Black Pepper Sauce, Hushpuppies and Bacon Braised Greens. Thats all going for $25, and you can get it by the glass for $8.
